Many of us fall for the conventional wisdom that eating less is a sure fire way to shed the flab and keep it away. While in theory this makes perfect sense, there often is a day light between awareness and application. A good piece of advice applied incorrectly can do more harm than good. In my nutrition practice, I come across scores of clients every month who claim their body mass refuses to budge even though they eat less. It takes a bit of quizzing before the skeletons start tumbling out of the closet. 1. Are you really eating less?
Surprise, surprise!! you may not actually be eating as little as you think you are. Skipping a meal regularly does not mean you are eating less.
